The Anhui Provincial Federation of Trade Unions' Special Event for "Model Workers and Artisans Assisting Enterprises" (Chizhou Station) Was Grandly Held at HUAERTAI

On October 23, the special event ceremony for the Anhui Provincial Federation of Trade Unions' "Model Workers and Artisans Assisting Enterprises" initiative in Chizhou was grandly held at HUAERTAI. This event innovatively adopted a dual-city linkage model between Chizhou and Anqing. Organized by the Provincial Model Workers Association, it assembled representative model workers and artisans from across the province to precisely address enterprise technical needs and development challenges, injecting "model worker momentum" into the high-quality development of the regional economy. Xu Luping, Vice Chairman (Part-time) of the Anhui Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, attended the event and delivered a speech.

The event was attended by: relevant officials from the Labor and Economic Affairs Department of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions and members of the work team stationed at the Dadukou Development Zone in Dongzhi County; representative model workers and artisans from the Provincial Model Workers Association; primary leaders from the federations of trade unions of Anqing City, Chizhou City, and Dongzhi County, as well as from the Dongzhi Economic Development Zone; and representatives from enterprise trade unions and employees in Dongzhi and Dadukou Economic Development Zones. Chu Ji'an, Director of the Labor and Economic Work Department of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, presided over the ceremony. Wu Wei, Chairman of HUAERTAI, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech as an enterprise representative.

The event site was full of highlights, with multiple practical measures implemented simultaneously. Liu Rongfa, Party Secretary, Vice Chairman, and First-Level Researcher of the Chizhou Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and Wang Yaowu, Party Secretary, Executive Vice Chairman, and First-Level Researcher of the Anqing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, jointly signed the cooperation framework agreement for the "Dual-City Linkage for Model Workers and Artisans Assisting Enterprises." The agreement clarified cooperative pathways between the two cities in three major areas: sharing model worker resources, coordinating technical services, and jointly cultivating skilled talent, building a solid bridge for cross-regional trade union collaboration. Huang Guangming, Deputy Director of the County People's Congress and Chairman of the County Federation of Trade Unions, delivered a speech. Subsequently, the implementation plan for the dual-city linkage special action was announced at the event. Enterprise representatives and model worker/artisan representatives each made statements, fully demonstrating the strong willingness of both supply and demand sides to advance hand in hand.

After the ceremony, Wu Lijie, Party Secretary of HUAERTAI, and Chairman Wu Wei accompanied the attending provincial, municipal, and county trade union leaders, as well as the model worker and artisan representatives, on a visit to the company's exhibition hall, central control room, Hu Yi National-level Skills Master Studio, and Xiong Weigen Model Worker Innovation Studio. This provided a direct display of the company's achievements in skilled talent cultivation and innovation platform development. The model worker and artisan technical service team also conducted precise connection with key enterprises in the Dongzhi Economic Development Zone, providing technical support focused on enterprise needs.

The successful hosting of this event has not only deepened the collaboration and linkage between the trade union systems of Chizhou and Anqing cities, but also, through the model of resource integration and targeted services, effectively broadened the channels for disseminating the spirit of model workers and artisans and expanded the reach of services to enterprises. It has significantly enhanced the effectiveness of enterprise assistance, providing replicable practical experience for the region to collaboratively promote enterprise innovation and development and cultivate a high-quality industrial workforce.
