Huaertai Holds 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference

The Snake departs with the old year; the Horse arrives on the spring breeze. On February 12th, on the eve of the Chinese New Year, Huaertai held its 2025 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference. The event, conducted both on-site and via video link, brought together nearly 400 participants, including senior executives, middle management, and employee representatives.

Distinguished guests in attendance included Tang Lihu, Deputy Secretary of the County Party Committee and County Mayor; Huang Guangming, Deputy Director of the County People's Congress Standing Committee; Du Jiang, Vice Chairman of the County Political Consultative Conference; and Ma Nanjie, Party Secretary and Director of the Administrative Committee of Dongzhi Economic Development Zone.

During the conference, Tang Lihu delivered an important speech. He highly commended Huaertai for its steadfast focus on its core business since the start of the 14th Five-Year Plan period, advancing courageously amidst challenges while remaining true to its commitment to industrial development. He lauded the company's dedication to innovation, striving for excellence in transformation with a focus on quality improvement and upgrades. Tang also praised Huaertai's sense of mission in empowering the local community through development and serving the nation with industrial integrity. He affirmed that the company has successfully achieved its goal of "corporate transformation and leapfrog growth, industrial clustering, and local high-quality development."

Tang emphasized that 2026 marks the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, a pivotal year for Dongzhi in its pursuit of "ranking first in the city, advancing in the province, and securing a position in the Yangtze River Delta." It is also a critical period for the high-quality development of the county's industrial economy. He noted that the overarching goal of building a "picturesque and thriving Dongzhi" relies heavily on the robust support of leading enterprises and requires local benchmarks like Huaertai to take the lead, stay at the forefront, and grow stronger. Tang expressed his hope that the company would continue to act as a navigator, pioneer, and role model in the new year, demonstrating its leadership in navigating market challenges, developing core technologies, and fulfilling social responsibilities. He called on Huaertai to make further contributions to Dongzhi's high-quality development.

Chairman Wu Wei delivered a work report titled "Upholding the Direction Set by the Fourth Plenum, Focusing on Green Development, Strengthening Compliance Defenses, and Advancing the Mission of Stable, High-Quality Growth to Secure a Successful Start to the Company's 15th Five-Year Plan." In his report, Wu Wei extended a warm welcome to the county leaders on behalf of the company. He congratulated the advanced collectives, outstanding teams, and exemplary employees honored for their achievements in 2025, as well as the departments and individuals who successfully met safety and environmental management goals, specialized assessment targets for product sales, and team-building improvement objectives. He encouraged all employees to make new strides and achieve further success in the coming year.

The report highlighted that, despite facing challenges such as a complex and volatile market and intense industry competition in 2025, the company remained focused on its development goals. It successfully met production and sales targets for 21 products across seven major series, maintained stable and positive operations, and achieved 25 consecutive years of average annual income growth for employees. The company fulfilled its annual production and operational tasks with commendable results.

The report offered a comprehensive review of Huaertai's 2025 performance across seven areas: production and sales metrics, the commissioning and efficiency of key projects, operational improvements, team development, safety and environmental management innovation, talent and technological empowerment, and social responsibility fulfillment and Party-building leadership. It objectively identified shortcomings and challenges in areas such as foundational production management, quality control, systematic development, workforce capability, and marketing advancement.

The report further noted that 2026 is a critical year for the company to consolidate the achievements of the 14th Five-Year Plan and chart the course for the 15th Five-Year Plan. It is also a challenging period to alleviate operational pressures and unlock project benefits. Despite the persistent challenges in the external development environment, the company must remain anchored to its development direction of "high-end, green, and intelligent" growth. It should uphold the operational principles of "stable production, quality improvement, innovation enhancement, risk prevention, and transformation promotion," while balancing multiple development priorities. Through concrete actions, the company aims to drive high-quality, sustainable growth.

To ensure the successful achievement of the company's core production and operational goals in 2026, the report outlined seven specific tasks:
